Booking a school trip is easy and flexible! Here's how to reserve your visit:
Online Booking (Credit Card Payments Only):
If you're paying by credit card, you can complete your reservation online here.
Check Payments:
If you're paying by check, please either:
- Call us at 267.245.9693 (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM), or
- Fill out our School Request Form, and our Booking Coordinator will contact you to finalize your booking.
Important Payment Info:
- Full payment by check must be received at least two weeks before your visit, once ticket quantities are confirmed.
- Checks should be made payable to:

Workshop Bookings:
LEGO® Education Workshops cannot be booked online.
To add a workshop to your visit, please email Philadelphia@LEGOLANDDiscoveryCenter.com or call 267.245.9693 to speak with our Booking Coordinator.
Important Field Trip Information:
- Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance
- School group pricing requires a minimum of 10 children
- Visits are available Monday–Friday, excluding select holidays
- Tickets are timed and dated, and expire at the scheduled time
- Groups arriving without a reservation are not guaranteed entry and will be charged the walk-up rate
- Outside food is not permitted inside the attraction; bagged lunches may be stored at Admissions and eaten in the Mall Food Court
- Re-entry is allowed for lunch breaks—please notify a team member before exiting
Planning Your Visit:
- Plan for 2–3 hours of playtime
- For every 5 paying children, 1 adult chaperone receives free admission
- Larger groups should be divided into smaller groups of 20 to reduce wait times
- Children should bring only outerwear; no storage is available
- All purchases inside the center are cashless—credit/debit cards only
Additional Costs:
Admission includes all attractions except the Great LEGO® Race Virtual Reality Experience, which is available for an additional fee. Guests may also wish to bring a card for:
- Café purchases
- Souvenir photos
- LEGO® products from the retail shop
Bus Drop-Off & Parking:
- Buses may drop off students at Mall Entrance 5 near the LEGO® Giraffe
- Bus parking is available in the overflow lot between Boscov’s and AMC Theater
