We understand that delays happen! If you're running late, we can still admit you up to two hours after your reserved entry time, but please note that wait times may be longer, especially during peak hours.
Guests arriving 30 minutes or more past their scheduled time will be directed to the "I Have Tickets" line, and may experience a delay in entry.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend selecting a time slot that works best for your family when booking. If you need to reschedule your visit, you can easily do so through our Account Portal using:
- Your order confirmation number
- The email address used at the time of purchase
- Your Order ID
