Yes, if your plans change, you may be able to modify your visit date within 12 months of your original purchase—as long as your ticket type allows it.
To make changes:
- Visit the My Account Portal
- Log in using your:
- Order confirmation number
- Email address used at the time of purchase
- Click the “Booking Portal” link, then select “Modify” next to the ticket you wish to change
The portal will show available dates for your ticket type and how many times it can be modified.
