Once your booking has been completed and payment has been processed, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. This means you cannot modify an existing order to add more tickets.
If you need to purchase additional tickets after your original booking:
- You’ll need to make a separate new booking for the extra tickets.
- Be sure to select the same date and time as your original reservation to ensure your group can enter together.
During the initial booking process, you can add or remove tickets by:
- Clicking “Continue Shopping” to add more tickets
- Using the “Modify Cart” button (top right) to remove tickets before checkout
